We are not recruitment consultants...in the traditional sense.

But we would like to be involved in your recruitment process, and your succession planning. Over the years of our experience with traditional recruitment consultancies, we know that they are not always the ideal way to recruit people for every business.

We don't have files of people looking for jobs. We don't have people who do nothing but recruitment work. We don't charge you a percentage of salary, and we don't sue you if you employ someone privately that we think we put in contact with you.

What we do is to work either with you, or independently if you wish, to find the correct people to fill your vacancies. Using our experience, and following structured and more personal interviewing, we will present you with a shortlist of candidates. With many years of experience in recruiting, we will help you find the right applicant and identify their training needs for your specific role or roles. Therafter, it is your decision.

Our experience of traditional recruitment consultants is that they often miss excellent candidates by the use of very strict filtering criteria in their efforts to present you with one specific type of character that has been identified as what you need. What they don't do is to look at individuals from different backgrounds, with different skillsets, but who are very capable of adapting to different challenges, and also bring added benefits from their past experiences.

We are also great proponents of the "old is gold" school, and are anti-ageist. For sure, we are not going to present you with a 56yr old man to sell dresses in your teen fashion store (unless that's what you want). But consider this; how long does a typical staff member stay with you? Three years, five years? Well, what of a candidate who might give you 12 years of solid gold service, and pass on his or her experience, allowing you to succession plan properly.
